Return policy
At MyBuildWorld , we strive to provide you with quality products and impeccable service. However, if your order contains a defect or error, you may be eligible for a return under certain conditions.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your package. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns for details mentioned in the product sheets. We therefore encourage you to read the item descriptions carefully before confirming your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the order must contain an error or manufacturing defect. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your order directly to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision to approve or decline your refund request.
If accepted, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:

Sale items (if applicable)
Only items sold at regular price are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via our contact form on the MyBuildWorld website.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the order was shipped to the gift purchaser, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Shipping
To return your product, please send it to the address that will be indicated to you by email after validation of your request.
Shipping costs for returning an item are your responsibility. These costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your package. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.
For international deliveries, customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
